Fire Restrictions Notice to LAKE LEAKE Campers & Shack Owner/Occupiers

In line with the recently imposed decision by Parks and Wildlife Tasmania, the Northern Midlands Council, as of 19th January 2018, have decided to impose the following restrictions throughout the rest of the summer period.

That Is:
Fire restrictions have been established throughout the Lake Leake Camping and Shack areas.

The restriction bans the lighting or use by any person, of any campfire, fire pot, incinerator, or any other device that burns coal, wood, plant material, or any other solid fuel.

NOTE: Fuel stoves are permitted, including gas stoves.
